Welcome to our website where we are keen to hear your views on Overcourt’s latest proposals for 4-5 Paris Garden and 18-19 Hatfields. Our plans would provide new office workspace including a landscaped and publicly accessible courtyard with a new connection between the two streets. The development will provide a new building on the site of 18-19 Hatfields and the remodelling and extension of 4-5 Paris Garden. 

You may recall that in 2021 planning permission was granted for a different scheme including a 26 storey office tower. The situation has changed significantly since then and Overcourt is now bringing forward proposals which reduce the height to 10 storeys and echo the printworks heritage of the site, complementing the nearby listed buildings in Paris Garden and Hatfields.
